What are the shipping costs?

We ship within the Netherlands for a flat rate of 4 euros. Shipping is free within the Netherlands for orders of 75 euros and above. We ship within the European Union for a flat rate of 15 euros. Shipping is free within the European Union for orders of 100 euros and above.
Where are your products made?

All our products are handmade in the Philippines by Filipino artisans who meticulously ensure the quality and beauty of each piece they make.
What is your return policy?

We ensure that our pieces are handcrafted from exemplary-quality pearls, shells, woods, silver, gold, brass, and other materials that are naturally found in the Philippine islands. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, notify us within 20 days and we will refund or replace the product provided that you return the product unworn and in its original packaging.
What are the payment options available?

We accept payments through iDeal and we also accept payments by credit card or debit card.
Do you have wholesale discounts?
